All of the ice cream is hand made by Rob on Wednesdays. Come enjoy a cup of gourmet coffee while watching Rob make some great flavors. There are approximately 103 flavors of ice cream. Flavors are rotated depending on demand and the seasons. Each Café has 15-20 flavors available at any time. The recipes have been developed over the last seven years by Rob. Only the finest ingredients are used to make the ice cream. Special flavors can be made to order for your special events. A five gallon minimum is required.
